These terms apply when you use HHM Search Intelligence, its research tools, and its public pages. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Effective September 2, 2026
You may use HHM Search for lawful personal or business research. Do not use the service to attack systems, evade access controls, overload sources, distribute malware, violate another person’s privacy, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
HHM organizes information returned by independent public sources. Those publishers control their own pages, availability, and terms. Results may change, omit relevant material, or contain errors, so check the original source before relying on an important claim or spending money.
Council, Investigate, Compare, Analyze, Monitor, Reports, and Scout are research tools—not a substitute for a licensed professional or your own judgment. You remain responsible for decisions and for confirming legal, financial, medical, engineering, tax, safety, eligibility, and contractual information with an appropriate source or professional.
HHM may earn revenue from advertising or a clearly labeled paid link. Commercial eligibility does not purchase a higher organic position. Outside merchants and advertising providers control their own offers, purchases, warranties, returns, and data practices.
You control files you choose to export and must use them lawfully. Free Public Intelligence is available without paid access. For a paid report, timed access, licensed information, or a customized company service, the checkout or confirmed proposal shows the deliverable, price, duration, renewal terms, and any additional conditions before purchase.
HHM may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature when necessary to operate the service, protect users, or respect a source relationship. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the date below shows the current version.
